What we clean
Regular visits are a maid service on request or on a weekly or every-other-week schedule. Deep cleans go after the buildup a regular visit skips, and post-construction cleans come in after a remodel. A one-time cleaning picks up a home before guests arrive or after a stretch when the household got away from it. The services we clean page has the full list, including cleaning in condos and apartments, green cleaning with your own supplies on request, move-out and move-in cleans in empty units, and turnovers between short-term guests.
Carpet shampooing and upholstery extraction, outside windows above the ground floor, pressure washing, duct cleaning, hazardous materials, hauling or cleanouts, and offices and commercial spaces belong with other trades.
After you call
The call starts with the rooms and the bathrooms, and with how we get through the building and the door. A gate code, a front desk and a visitor sheet, a key or lockbox, a service elevator reservation: whichever one applies. Pets, who lives there and whether anyone will be home come next. In a tower, the building's own rules about service visits are part of what the call sorts out.
Then the cleaning itself: what has been going on with it, whether the kitchen or the bathrooms have fallen behind, when the place last had a thorough clean, and whether this visit is on its own or the start of a schedule. If anything in the home should stay exactly as it is (a framed photograph, a stack of papers on a desk, a plant that does not take water on the day), the call is the moment to say so.
Products are part of that set of details too, from what is in the home now to anything milder you want swapped in. Surprises are better said in advance than discovered at the door. A call gets a quote once we have the picture, and nothing starts before you give us the go-ahead. If calling is not the way you want to reach us right now, the callback form below the phone number takes a name, a number and a short note.
In your home
A cleaner arrives, checks the plan against what you told us on the call and asks about anything that has changed since. The quote is agreed before any cleaning starts.

High dusting runs from the floor, so nothing out of reach has to come down. The kitchen and the bathroom are the biggest pieces of the job. The floors go last, vacuumed and mopped, on the way out of the home. A deep clean reaches more than a standard visit, because the plan has baseboards and door frames, cabinet fronts, grout, the inside of appliances and the tops of light fixtures on it. A move-out reaches further again, since the home is empty and every shelf is open. A turnover is a tight job on a kitchen, a bath and the surfaces a guest touched. If you are home, a last look through the rooms before we leave is standard.
San Diego homes
A small majority of city households rent their place, and the homes range from Craftsman bungalows in North Park and Spanish Colonial Revival houses in the Mid-City neighborhoods around Kensington-Talmadge to downtown towers. About 38 percent of housing units sit in buildings of five or more units, and the rest are detached houses, attached houses and small walk-ups. The cleaning in a bungalow is the same list of surfaces as the cleaning in a condo in a downtown tower; what differs is how we get to the door and how a cleaner moves through the rooms once they are inside.
All three City treatment plants delivered very hard water in 2025: the USGS classes anything above 180 milligrams per liter very hard, and the City's three plants averaged 237, 242 and 243 parts per million that year. Spotty glass, chalky chrome and soap scum come with that, and the visit plan accounts for them from the start.
Section 43.0304 of the City's Municipal Code treats a non-storm water discharge into the storm drain system as unlawful, and the system takes in streets, catch basins, curbs and gutters.
