The number for San Diego
(619) 536-1303 is the number on every page of this site, this one included. It reaches the same place from the home page, each service page and here.
What the call usually works through
The call starts with what the place is: a condo, an apartment or a detached house, and what the building rules are for a visit. The cleaning you have in mind comes next, in rough words, whether that is a regular rhythm or a one-off reset before a landlord's walk-through or after a remodel. Rooms and bathrooms, with half baths counted in, mark out the rough size of the job.
How we reach the door is next: a gate code, a parking spot, a front desk and a visitor sheet, a key or a lockbox, an elevator reservation with its own schedule. Pets, if there are any, come with their own notes about where they stay during a visit and whether anyone in the home reacts to the shampoo or detergent they need. Product preferences come up here too, both what you want used and what you want avoided. If anything in the home should be left exactly as it is (a plant that does not take water that day, a pile of mail that is a pile for a reason), the call is where that gets noted.

None of this has to be settled before you dial. We work through it with you on the call.
